He is an ok doctor but his charge is outrageous and expensive. His fee for eyelid surgery to eliminate droopy upper lids was over 20k. When I called for consultation, they told me the charge would be 5k, but I found out later his charge was 20k. I wouldn't recommend this doctor unless you ask them to sign agreement with their fee.
