Your all horrible people business sucks

I love their food and drinks and I might keep going there when I get the chance.

Waited 20 mins for food and then was told it would be another 7 mins for chicken because chicken had not been put down. Got money back and probably will not be back. Why should the wait be that long with at least 7 people working and not that busy. I was not the only person that got their money back. This was at the new store on broadway.

People should give them a chance they just open a lot of young high school kids most their first job....gosh lee let them get it together..

I was glad to see another food option open locally. I have eaten at the Golden Chick 4-5 times and have yet to use the drive thru. I have not had a problem with any of my orders when ordering inside, however, I would have liked to sit down and eat in the business but the television choice appears to be for the employees and not the customers. Hey owner, play it safe, you can't miss with news, sports or weather.

Got a 3 piece Golden Roast and dry. Dined in, but received a to go box and bag, then order was wrong, stood at counter for 4 minutes to fix and was ignored till I had to shout at someone for attention. Expect obnoxios-really load gospel music over the speaker system and TV's if you dine in. Not a professional experience.
