Best in the west and have tried the rest. Yorkie girl would come back from other groomers in our area sometimes nicked, wrong cut, often lethargic, sullen and shaking and we are not even talking about the crap some of the personnel have unloaded on my 82 year old Mom. I understand accidents happen as my Dad (many moons ago) nicked my cocker spaniels neck and no it was not good but healed perfectly with standard care nightly. "Stuff happens" with dogs and children as had a daredevil boy who learned over time to hate doctors. Just sayin. The shop is very clean, personnel extremely nice and caring and most important Roxie tells us by her body language/demeanor each time we pick her up; "yep you missed me" but these are good people who didn't drug me or treat me badly and know what they are doing.
