This company was on time , technician was professional and they fixed my problem along with giving the system a checkup . I felt the price that I was billed for was very reasonable compared to some of the major companies that advertise on billboards and flood radio advertising. I guess it show that those companies we really are the ones paying for all the advertising for the prices they charge!! Will use the guys again! Mark

My furnace decided to quit on Sunday morning, I called my home warranty company ( AHS ) and they sent Kozy Services to my home.. My past experience with contractors was horrible, I was very surprised by the professionalism that Julio the repairman showed me... He answered any question I asked him and he repaired my furnace on the same visit which NEVER happens which other contractors I dealt with....If you need a great company then call Kozy Services and request Julio....Customer for life!Karen

Very pleased with service provided. They are the only company, of the 4 companies I called, that actually have a live person answering the phone. Attic insulation appointment was setup and they called before arrival, did the work in a professional manner and left everything clean. They provided an estimate before they job that was right on-target. Only thing that prevented me from giving them 5 stars...the installers "forgot" to blow out the soffits in the attic and I had to call them to come back to finish the job. They returned the following week and completed the task. Again, they were professional and got right to work finishing the job. I will be calling Kozy Services again for an estimate on upgrading my a/c in the near future and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

After a quick Google search for "indoor air quality" in Dallas, I came across Kozy Services. I have the worst allergies you have ever seen. I moved to Texas to get away from some of the allergens in the NE, but I needed more. Their whole house air cleaner system has done wonders and allowed me to get a GOOD nights sleep once again. I will admit, not the cheapest system, but worth every single penny!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kozy. The tech was very courteous and the thing that amazed me most was rather than try to upsell services, he actually saved me $200. This is the first a/c company I've dealt with where I felt comfortable with the tech and didn't feel like he was there to make an extra buck. I'll definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.
