The tall Caucasian girl on the floor that sticks is great, I believed her name was Megan she hurried up set up my machine and stuck me I've been donating plasma for 4 years now and I've heard sooo many things about octapharma but having Megan take care of me to make my experience better was great im glad to have had her stick me. Plasma centers are always busy you just have to learn to be patient and considerate of the staff. And they will take care of you. Thank you Megan.

Staff is very pleasant and professional real easy to talk to. I feel u get what u give so if u dont have an attitude neither would they or anybody u meet as a matter of fact. Ive been to other locations where staff would have favorites n followed no rules but which ever ones they felt fit at the time they were also very judgemental me n my girlfriend got deferred for being a loving couple while other straight couples were more provacative n not descret with there loved one. All n all cant wait til my next appt. dont dreed it at all one bit except for the needles of course.
