I would recommend this inspector to anyone! He was very detailed and quick with the whole process, as well as being honest. He made sure I understood everything thought the whole inspection, while also getting the job done in little time. Will call when needed again! Reasonably priced, easy to work with, very professional, and genuine. The thing I liked most about him was how thorough he was and let me know what was a major problem and what was just a minor one....ie the electrical box needed to be replaced!
