I took my highly active German Shepherd to Pam in need of help years ago. We went through all the classes. I had no experience on how to calm her down, even the bitting and play was out of hand. With in weeks my dog was laying next to me calm quite as I carry conversation with people in public.
Very happy and grateful she help me calm my puppy.
I have a new puppy I am going to try again. It's been years. I pray they are just as good. My first experience was great. Time does change and people learn new things and grown.
I pray this will be great. You will know soon. I will post my result

Here is what we were promised:

*

Heel (Walk on a Loose Leash)

Sit - Down - Stay

Recalls (Come When Called)

Socialization - Door Etiquette (Not to run out the door)

Quiet Time I & Quiet Time II (These hands-on hands-off exercises teach owners how to calm and manage their pets along with a well instructed understanding of each)

*

We learned how to heel the first night. The 2nd and 3rd nights all we did was heel, sit, stay, recall (all of which we already knew.) We walked around and around the big room. No real instruction.

I will assume the socialization, door etiquette and quiet time must have been scheduled for the 4th and last class but since we didn't return, I cannot say.

I don't think "keep your dog away from the one in front of you" was adequate instruction. We did not like their "old school" style of teaching and would not recommend this place.
