We are always able to get an appointment (even the day of) if there is an unexpected problem. Dr. Shapiro gets to know our children and our family which is so wonderful. We are not just a number in an office with a revolving door. Dr. Shapiro knows our children he is the one we see at each appointment and we love that! Dr. Shapiro is very good at explaining things. He is very thorough and ensures that our children are developing appropriately. He genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. Dr. Shapiro is also very understanding of family choices and he is happy to help you make the medical decisions that are best for your family. We can't recommend Dr. Shapiro enough. We are so thankful that he is our pediatrician!
