I LOVE this place. They're always quick, affordable, and have great customer service. Today they fixed my flat tire for free which is unbelievably awesome. I don't know much about cars and usually feel pretty dumb when I bring my car in anywhere to get work done but they have never made me feel this way even when they could have. A few months ago I brought my car in and complained about how dim the lights on my dash were and somehow they managed to get the message across to me that all I had to do was hit a switch to make it brighter and they weren't even the least bit condescending about it. And how do you not roll your eyes at something like that? Haha. So yeah, I'm an idiot, but Taylor Tire is awesome.

Sold me tires for my ML, told me they were the perfect fit and A LITTLE MORE after a year the tires are about to fall apart and they are not willing to help me out.

NEVER EVER GET TIRES EVEN THEY ARE CHEAPER, GO TO A PLACE WITH MORE KNOWLEDGE AND QUALITY!

Previous to my issues, I had excellent service at Taylor's. However that changed last year. I got 4 new tires and an inspection. One of my hubcaps was not put back on good and it fell off never to be seen again. Also, my catalytic converter was removed. A month or two later, I went in for an oil change. Either new oil was not put in or they didn't change it at all. Six weeks later my engine locked up. It hasn't been driven since. With no way to prove what happened I was SOL. When I sold it for junk last month, I was given less than the original quote because the catalytic converter was gone. I can't tell you exactly what happened there, but I will never go back!!

Co-workers of mine recommended this place to me years ago and I have been going back to them on a regular basis. I have bought tires there but I have also bought tires online and then take them to TT to have them installed. Both have been great experiences.



They have WIFI so I can sit there and work while waiting for the car to be completed. They are not just tires either. I trust Taylor Tire to do the job right or recommend a shop that can do what needs done if they can't do it.



The guys there really know what they are doing and they make you feel welcome and keeps things moving. They are busy (that says a lot) but they treat each customer as an important customer.

This group is outstanding! Great costomer service and great prices. I have recommended them to several people and they say the same. They do other work on cars than just tires. They are very busy so time accordingly!
