If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I purchased a $194 Victoria Lynn bracelet with charms from this store a few days before Christmas. When I got home I realized that the charms didn't work well on the bracelet and then found out that the person I bought it for didn't wear jewelry. So I decided to get them something else and just return the bracelet. I arrived to the store on December 26th to return the bracelet. The sales person credited my card, I signed the receipt and was ready to leave. Just before I was about to walk out, another employee came to the counter and said that I couldn't return the bracelet and charms because they were on clearance. When I purchased them I was told they were currently buy one get one free. No clearance sign and nowhere on my receipt did it say that the items were on clearance or that the sale was final, just that the items were discounted. She stated that "obviously if it was buy one get one, that meant that it was clearance" and that she was going to "void the refund". When I looked on my refund receipt (that I had already signed, may I add) the sales person had entered on each line item "all sales are final" but on my purchase receipt all it said was discounted item. So I snatched up both receipts and left. My sister went in to take pictures of the counter to show that there were no signs indicating that the merchandise was clearance. While she was there she overheard the employees discussing my issue. One employee instructed another employee that if anyone asked she was to tell them that she told me that the sale was final when I purchased it. This girl was not even the person who sold me the bracelet. The girl then went on to say that she didnt think the bracelet couldn't be returned because normally non returnable merchandise is indicated on the receipt. I called to make a complaint and it turns out that the extremely rude woman (Shelly) is actually the owner of the store! She very rudely told me that sale merchandise and clearance merchandise were the same thing (25 years in the business told her this) and that she was finished with our conversation and then hung up on me. This is NOT a place that I will ever do business with again. The owner clearly lacks customer service skills (and human decency) and runs a shady business. My advice is to stay away from this store and take your business elsewhere. Maybe Shelly will learn that you don't get customers by being greedy.
