I called Mr. Rooter after 5:00 PM and received an immediate phone call back, even after hours. We made an appointment for the following morning and right to the very minute, their truck pulled into my driveway. I found both of the young men who worked on my plumbing problem to be friendly and pleasant, and they appeared to be very knowledgeable. They finished my repair in a short amount of time and the invoice appears to me to be right in line with what other plumbers charged. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and if I need them again, I will not hesitate to call.
