Time to find a new theater. Two movies in a row this week has sound issues, and the staff either did nothing, or didn't do anything until enough people complained and we had missed the first 10 minutes of the movie.

Great place to come again with family and friends.

Never had any issues at this theater. Prices are a bit outrageous but what theater isn't? Should would be nice to see .99 cent movie theater come back around!

I have taken my family to this theater, it has always been enjoyable to watch a movie, costumer service is great, always clean (until the monsters and the popcorn show up), they are GREAT.

Recently my husband and i had gotten tickets for a later show. We have three kids and its nice when we can go alone. Our son who is two got sick and we had to take him to the hospital. The next day when i tried to get a refund or another show for tickets that hadnt been ripped or used the manager told me that while i was on the way to the hospital i should have called the theatre and let someone know my situation. They werent going to pay the bill but felt i should have called. Im going back to killeen to watch movies! Customer service and the management team are sorry and i would never recommend this to friends or visiting family.

This is a Theater that has a major problem- they let kids run around and scream the whole entire movie. Tried to get them to stop but the MANAGER wasn't interested in helping out. Recommend to friends? Never.Going to spend my money there again? No.
