My Car was towed Mercedes dealer for service by Reno's Towing. After "dumping" my car at Mercedes lot (as stated by Service Dept at Mercedes).
I found that two pair of expensive sunglasses were missing from my vehicle and my MP3 player, My audio jacks that are attached to vehicle were attempted to be snatched from glove box. Joe supervisor was very rude when told of the complaint and blamed me for having flat tires and needing my car towed in the first place. NEVER USE THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY

The best experience EVER from an Auto Body Shop! From the pleasant, polite tow truck driver to the friendly office manager to the caring and competent mechanics and technicians. My car died in Hartford en route from NH to FL. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. Understanding my predicament, my car was taken in immediately in hopes of sending me on my way. Initial diagnosis would have had me on my way, but the computer was fried as well. Had to wait for a replacement. They took the time to search for the least expensive used part. (The car has 215,000 + miles). In the meantime, they invited my 2 large dogs into their waiting room and got them water. They invited me to join their employee Christmas party! (Catered by a local Italian restaurant- Awesome food!) They showed me a better route out of Hartford to avoid NYC but still stay in populated areas. Can't say enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have had 2 cars repaired by Reno's. Minor body damage. I found the staff always courteous. And the result was excellent. Very responsive to my needs and timely. They were most concerned with making sure the job was done right.

Reno's was quick to respond when I was stranded. Quick to help and got me on my way. Jose was great and I would call them again in a heartbeat!
