This is by far the worst place I've worked at. You need to be part of the "click" in order to get away with stuff. I'm pretty sure the CEO, COO nor Mr. Deering know whats going on as far as the BHT's go. There are BHT's that have a ton load of grievances written against them and continue to work there. I agree with the former employees that wrote negative reviews because there's a lot of favoritism and if you're not part of the "click" you get in trouble for even breathing wrong

I had Jennifer as my primary counselor, and Donald as my case manager. Both cared about my recovery. It was a bit overcrowded. They were transitioning to more of a residential treatment facility it seemed. Take what you need for your recovery, and leave the rest.
