Red Lobster operates more than 700 casual-atmosphere restaurants in the United States and Canada. The restaurant s menu primarily consists of seafood items, including lobsters, crab legs, shrimp, clam chowder, beer-battered fish, clam strips, salmon and scallops. It also offers steaks, chicken, catfish, seafood pasta dishes, appetizers, desserts, selective dishes for children, and nonalcoholic beverages and alcoholic drinks. Red Lobster restaurants is owned and operated by Darden Restaurants, which is one of the world's largest casual-dining restaurant operators. Darden Restaurants also operates the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill and Seasons' more than 50 national restaurant chains. With a location in Henderson, Nev., Red Lobster also offers memberships for the seafood lovers club.

Wait times are too long.Good food overall.By the way, you can buy those biscuit's, in most grocery store's.They come in a package,and can whip up in no time, and only take's "5" min. to bake!
As a Small Business owner I expect to make some profit - But:
Red Lobster Shareholders got too GREEDY recently by discarding certain included dishes and increasing the prices. My (and my family members) favorite dish was increased by roughly 30% (if we want today eat the same meal as before)! Our monthly family-gathering therefore will be held at a less greedy place. Remember:

The server, Janine, was awesome (as she always is). Made my visit as great as possible. She has the perfect combination: friendliness combines with professionalism.
