      Established in 1990, Deep River Family Medicine is a practice group that provides a range of medical care and treatment services in the area of family medicine. It has a team of physicians, nursing staff and office assistants. The group maintains an on-site blood drawing station and laboratory. Deep River Family Medicine performs X-ray, audiometry, electrocardiography, sigmoidoscopy and colposcopy procedures. It also has an urgent care unit that handles emergency medical needs, such as flu, fever, aches, cough, allergies, bruises, sprains, ear infections, sore throats, injuries and other problems. Its family practitioners are certified by the American Board of Family Practice. The group is located in High Point, N.C., and is a part of Cornerstone Health Care, which has more than 100 providers and over 30 separate practice groups.

      Well where do i start,let me start by saying that GOD! ONLY MADE ONE MAN NAMED SAMUEL T. WOODS.and God always know's what he is doing because he turned that man into a doctor,one that wears his heart on his sleeve, i have never met a doctor with so much compassion for people, one that not only cares for his patient's , but for people in general. He is such a wonderful man and docter! I thank God everyday that he gave me a docter one year ago , that spent the time and energy to get my health and wellbeing back on track. Ive never felt as good i as do now!! i looked forward to each visit cause it was like going to see an old friend.I just want to say thank you Dr. Woods, and my Friend Samuel Woods for caring as much as you have for me and my family. We truly want to thank you for all you have done ... May God Bless you throughout your life, and bless your family as you have done for mine. We love you Dr. Woods , you wont be forgotton.Sinceraly Jerry Loving.
