Diorge, is the BEST.We had serious computer problems, and we went to his office. He performed a diagnostic test and found out that afternoon the problem. He built a new computer for us. After bringing it home, we tried to hook it up and had a few problems (we are not computer smart). We called Diorge on his day off, he called us back within a hour and walked us through the steps. The techs are friendly and understanding with my never ending computer problems.The location might be a little far for some, but for me and many others, it's just down the street. I love it. This would be my first time using a service that comes to your home ( and I will definitely be calling on them again ). They gave me an estimate over the phone, for the issues I had, which seemed reasonable to me. Set- up the time, which they did keep to ( even called ahead to notify they were on the way ). They were quick to resolve the issues I had with my new computer, and had the necessary equipment for the unexpected issues ( faulty floppy drive ) to finish the job. This has been a great experience, you must try them out and see for yourself!
