Hello my name is Kris in Port Arthur. I recently bought 3 pairs of shoes at DSW in Houston on Post Oak Blvd. I am always in a hurry as many of us are. I remember checking one of the shoes I purches to make sure the sizes were the same. Unfortunately I did not check them all. A week later I put on these cute black pumps. An hour later my foot was hurting bad. Come to find out I had a size 9 and a size 9 1/2. I called the store the next day. I spoke to Tiffany. She was so helpful. She had to check to see how this was going to be handled and got right back to me. I returned the wrong size shoe and Tiffany promptly mailed me the correct size shoe. I now have a darling comfortable pair of size 9 1/2 pumps! Tiffany made my DSW shopping experience great! I did not want to drive back to Houston to take care of this. Give that girl a raise.
