No cars upon arrival. Called 1 hour prior to arrival to schedule a pick up. Called 15 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the pick up. Called 5 minutes to cancel pickup and advise that I would walk to the facility. The walk took about 10 minutes. Waited approx. 30 minutes at the rental facility. A couple arrived after me and they were offered truck to drive because no cars were ready. Then the on duty manager was about to give them a car ahead of me. When I protested that event, they gave me the van they were about to give to the couple. I am Black, they were White. Racism is an irrational thought, much like this scenario. It is also innate.

Cory, the manager was very professional and his support team made our trip pleasant and provided ease of doing business. 10 out 10 would be my rating.

I just love this place it feels so good to go into a business that deals with the public and maybe see thirty to fifty people a day but they know your name so thumbs up to Enterprise on Travis they are the greatest. Mae Farrow
