The sales manager told me " what is with in tolerance, I don't even know what that means " he is an incompetent kid with an attitude.I bought my car, great experience. Then the nightmare started they got me.First they scratched my car all over detailing it. Buffed it out 3 times, still looks bad. I was told they can't buff it much more the paint is getting thin they don't know what else they can do.... O yeah and if you by a black car you are supposed to expect a bad paint job because it's black....Second my steering is off, the sales manager told me it is with in tolerance and that's it..Third my auto off feature where the car saves co2 at a stop does not work 98% of the time. I will trade this car in asap and never go back to southwest Infiniti again, I suggest you never go there to start with

I went there for oil change them the agent come to me and tell me my car need new tires he get me the price for the 4 tires and was over 1200 si he was very nice guy but at the and i ask him to talk to some one about sale there my car since i dont need it i have 2 car and they send me with the sales manager this person thing hes buy and sales car at the fleak market he come in and tell me he ddont want my car unless i buy new car from them and trowout may car key so my question is what caing or manager is that not personality at all so the good thik is today was my last free oil change so i dont have never come in back here and i dont have recommended nit one evething was good all ways and i am nice person and never complain before but today with the sales ma nager trow out my key on may face and prety much tell me i dont want that Super bad experience i will never come in back here agan
