I drove from Sugar Land all the way out to their new offices in Katy. It ended up being well worth the drive. Professional, reassuring, regular guys who just happen to be very good at IT. All I needed was a PC fix, and they put in the time and effort. ON CHRISTMAS EVE! My PC runs as fast as the day I bought it and I got some good input from them on how to keep it that way. It wasn't just a virus fix, it went beyond that and they figured it out and got it back to me quickly and in great shape. With as many PC repair places as there are in Houston, you have to interview the guys, or gals who will be doing the fixing. These guys will pass with flying colors. Personable, polite, courteous and wanted to make sure that my experience was worth my drive. They even had a recommendation for a service nearer to me (not affiliated with them) if I didn't want to make the trek. That sold me on them. Its been days without internet connection on my computer at home, a friend told me i had a virus and panic !!!! he knows this computer place so we took the machine over for diagnostics. The guy fixed it the same day for a flat rate of 105 dollards kindda expensive, well i guess is worth it my system is good as new ;)

Tavo at Netmen IT is very knowledgeable and professional. he fixed the issues I was having with connecting to the internet. They also "cleaned" up my computer so it runs more efficiently. They provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for all your computer needs.‎
