Are you struggling to manage everyday life? Do you seem to have it all together on the outside, but are feeling lost, alone, and overwhelmed on the inside? Anxiety and self-defeating thoughts may be making it difficult to be in the moment. Or maybe difficult memories are resurfacing and you feel stuck in the past. You want to be able to enjoy life instead of feeling overcome with difficult emotions, to not feel stuck, and to have more confidence. You could also be struggling with a poor relationship with your body, food and/or exercise and are ready to take steps to have acceptance with your body and have a more fulfilling life.If the above sounds like you, I invite you to reach out. Therapy can be beneficial to anyone, regardless of where you are in your journey and I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in finding healing and safety while in therapy. I am trained in EMDR therapy and integrate an array of additional therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are. I also have extensive training in trauma and eating disorders and am aligned with Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating.
