Probably the Best surgery Center in Houston. Pain Management Doctors are the Best here!!! Super friendly staff, wait time wasn't very long and a nurse explained the entire process to me, which made me feel more at ease. A week after my procedure I was able to get all of my medical and billing records in a timely manner.

I would like to start by saying that I have NEVER posted a review. Driving to the surgery center my son was convinced we were going on the wrong day because no one called from the surgery center to go over his list of meds and remind him not to eat after midnight and to verify his known allergies . The only reason I knew the date was because I called the doctors office to ask a question and the staff reminded us. Once there my son was asked to sign a BLANK consent form, it didn't list his name or procedure to be preformed. I told her we weren't signing a blank consent. She seemed irritated and filled in the procedure but did not include his name. Once again, irritated she included his info. While waiting, I watched several patients WALK out to the lobby and to their cars, watching as they wobbled out, from the side effects of anesthesia.Legally patients are to be pushed out in a wheelchair. I brought this to their attn and the next walked out as well. I would have left but love our dr

I totally agree.Laura was rude, unprofessional towards my Doctor, me,my wife.Talk about arrogant loudmouth attitude !.Nurse Brenda I believe you"re name was, pre-op nurse. When asking for pain level.Don't scrutinize patient"s answer.Like you can judge by looking !!. By the way, my hand was in pain,bruised, and swollen for over a week.oh yeah that's right that was my fault too? No compassion here.Their are more worthier places to go to than here.

Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant staff, does not follow doctor's orders! No compassion for those suffering from pain. D.O.N. made smart remarks to patient's wife & upset the patient while in recovery room! We will NEVER use this ill-ran facility again!!
