Andrea Johnson was amazing in pulling our order together then allowing me to add another piece later that night after we had processed the original order. She took care of everything and we're all set to receive all the items including the last minute item with the same delivery.

We went to Star Furniture in Spring to shop for a loveseat. When we arrived, we were met by Amy Jones. We told her the style and color we were looking for and she quickly showed us several examples of what we had described to her. With her expertise, we found the perfect loveseat that was right in our price range. We enjoyed our experience with Amy so much that we continued to shop some more and bought and end table, a wardrobe/storage chest and a large picture. Amy didn't constantly hover over us (we liked that) and allowed us to browse the store on our own. She checked on us occasionally to see if we needed any help (which we did) and expertly provided us with pricing and warehouse inventory status. We love the furniture and picture we purchased and really loved working with Amy. She was very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the merchandise in your store. We look forward to working with her again in the near future and will certainly recommend her to our friends.
