After spending a whole day trying to clear a clogged drain and getting nowhere, I called Yb Plumbing Service. It was a weekend and a human being picked up the phone. I forget her name but she was polite, understood my problem and set up an appointment for the next morning. The plumber arrived right on time, assessed the situation and went to work fixing it. An hour later the job was complete and all cleaned up. He was a great guy who took care to understand what he was working with in my older home. Fantastic plumbing service

I had a problem with the hot water taps losing pressure. Called YB Plumbing and they sent in their hot water expert. He knew his stuff. Great Plumber. Fixed the issue and I had one other issue with a leaking toilet flush. That's fixed too.

Had a problem with a sink constantly backing up. Tried to fix it myself to no avail. Called YB Plumbing and they sent two plumbers to the house. From the time we opened the front door until they left we were extremely satisfied. They were friendly right from the get go. I explained to them what I already tried and they said to let them check it out. They looked at the sink, did their thing and now the sink flows like new. Couldn't be more pleased with the service! On a Saturday, discovered a leak on the line coming into the house. Called YB Plumbing and they said they could have someone out that afternoon. They called prior to arriving to confirm. Once the plumber arrived, he quickly repaired the leak. Price was reasonable.

I called YB Plumbing and was pleased to see the plumber. He came out to look at our water heater and found that we didn't need to replace our Rheem water heater it just needed to be upgraded. He ensured us for another 6 year. Unbelievable. Thanks.

I got their voice mail stating if I left a message the technician on call would return my call within five minutes. As a back up, I contacted YB Plumbing. The technician answered when I called, took my information along with getting the details on the issue we were having & was able to work us into his schedule the next day. He was prompt, courteous, professional & resolved our problem for a fair price. I will definitely contact YB Plumbing for any future issues & highly recommend them to others. YB Plumbing technician was extremely helpful and responsive when I called him in need of an emergency fix. He was able to squeeze me in and finish the job all within a two hour period. I called him that morning and he was out by noon and finished by 2pm. He was honest, efficient and trustworthy and I will definitely be using YB Plumbing again in the future.

I called YB Plumbing and made an appointment with their technician to snake a drain. He was very accommodating regarding date and time. I had to change my appointment twice due to work, and he said "That's OK. Let me know what's good". Job done fast and not expensive. Would say that I've found a new plumber.

Great service!!! YB Plumbing technician came over to check out a leak from my bathroom to my downstairs neighbor, but quickly deduced it was from shower splash and a crack in the grout. I was happy to write him a check for his time, but he said, "no charge - call me when you have a real problem." Hopefully I won't have a real problem, but if I do I have the number.

These guys are great. I had an emergency and looked on Superpages for 5 starred plumbers. They did not disappoint! Highly recommended YB Plumbing. Did good work AND were super nice. Didn't mind coming on short notice and after their work day had officially ended.

Beat first estimate! After receiving an estimate from another company, I called YB PLUMBING for their estimate. They came out and gave a free estimate and beat the price from the first plumber. There were no additional charges even after they saw they would need to re-pipe more than they originally planned to. The guys were courteous. The office staff was nice on the phone. Very satisfied

Had a terrible leak from the upstairs tub running water through the ceiling and down the wall of the downstairs bathroom after a shower. Called YB Plumbing in the late evening. The owner and another worker showed up about an hour and a half later. Very polite and courteous, they explained what needed to be done to find the problem. They had to enter the downstairs bathroom ceiling to access the bottom of the upstairs tub. Figured out the problem quickly. After finding the problem, they fully explained price, and work needed to be done to fix problem. They left for short time to get parts. They rebuilt a severely leaking drain, put the tub parts back together, and sealed them up. Cleaned up well after themselves! Were in the house about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. No more problems! Was expecting a complete nightmare, and a ton of money. Turned out pretty stress free, and a good experience. Anything in the future that we can't fix ourselves, will surely be a call to YB Plumbing!
