Had them install an Amp, First day it shorted out at the battery fuse. Went back and they replaced the fuse. Two days later Amp fuse. Amp is still good. Just would rather not drive way out of the way for them to replace that to. Somewhere there is a short. I should have just done it myself.

I bought an expensive system just to find out they left the stock speakers in and kept the speakers I purchased They damaged the interior of my car. The whole crew is very unprofessional and rude.They tell you not to watch them work just to rip you off. A very awful experience.

In what seems to be a dying breed there is Metro sound. These guys know their stuff.Awesome place! They are really friendly and know what they are doing. I tried to replace my radio myself and it was a long disaster, so I brought in my torn-apart car and all my parts and they installed it all for me in about 45 minutes. Two people who both knew everything they could know about installing car audio worked on it so it went really quickly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for ANY car audio help I need! t. They under-promise and over-deliver

my car dealer wanted five hundred dollars to add an ipod adaptor in my Toyota Camery, i decided to check this place because its on my way. they installed the ipod adaptor in 45 minutes for $189.00 and i did not have to leave my car a whole day. works great. good clean service,

I purchased a headunit here from the old man for a good price. When I went back for speakers, another guy straight up tried to scam me. I wanted MB Quarts. The guy was telling me about the discus serries which were about $100. I said I wanted something that could handle more power, so he recamended the formula series which he said could handle more power but were $150. RIP OFF! The Formula serries are the least expensive MB Quarts! Only $69 online. Car stereo places only try to push what they have. Always check prices online.

I have had 4 cars done here , everything from Amps to Subs to 600.00 alarms put in........The best place for Viper 2-way systems and the price on the box included install. Every car in my household has something from Metro Sound...... I will never go back to Bestbuy or any other retailer again. If you want it done right, then do it at Metro Sound........2-way Viper alarm System with one LCD remote and one Standard Remote installed for 300.00.....Nice
