This is usually a good restaurant when dining in, however I usually order out from here. Today after placing a Togo order and driving 20 min to pick up my food, they not only didn't remember my order but hadn't even wrote it down. No customer service and no one cares that they wanted my time.

We have been eating at Viet Huong Vietnamese Restaurant in Huntsville, AL quite often and also order take-outs since 4-5 years. we always liked their food. Earlier staff used to treat customers nicely.we ordered Clay Pots, Spicy Lemongrass Chicken, Jasmine Hot tea. A guy told his name "Dang" served tea but it was not hot enough. When we informed him, he took the tea Kettle back in the kitchen and brought another kettle and charged us for 2 tea kettles. He didn't listen to your concern and kept arguing. Initially he didn't provide serving plates. So we have to request him for plates he ignored once. Clay pots were not sufficiently hot and Food was not properly cooked and appeard that inside kitchen they mixed other customers leftover food in our Clay pots which tasted weird this time. Earlier dozens of times we ate there and we were served steaming hot food in sizzling Clay pots.

Behaviour of employees was rude and unacceptable. We had to ask 2-3 times to get one item. They didn't provide forks-knifes to all persons on the table. we had to request them for each item and they didn't care. you ask some thing and they ignore you number of times,Waiters do not listen to you or admit their mistake and kept arguing...I do not recommend people to go there to waste your time, money and tolerate their rude behavior.

Can't believe there is a Pho place in Alabama it is amazing love it love it! Service is so nice and sweet and they remember you when you go back and there food O.M.G. love it! Fresh, authentic, and flavorful! I haven't tried to many things but I have tried like all of there beef and chicken pho and it's worth the drive over there believe me it's good! Also there salad rolls with peanut sauce is to die for but I'm just saying it's amazing! This place is great for cold winter nights get some pho and you'll feel amazing!

Its in very convinient location, near to hhgreg and Sams club on university drive. we have been coming here quite often since 2 years. We like their Claypot (sizzler type ) dishes. Jasmin flavor green tea. Previously their serving size used to be sufficient for 2 people, Now they serve less quantity.Staff is frinedly. Restaurant is almost full during weekends. You can find mostly Asian, American, and Indian people coming here quite often.

Viet Huong Vietnamese restaurant is nice place with good service and good food. The wait staff is efficient and friendly. The menu gives you enough variety without being overwhelming as well as offering descriptions of the dishes. They have great pho and "clay pot" meals. Meals come out in good time despite this restaurant usually being quite busy and packed to the brim with diners. If you don't mind being in an active atmosphere (this place can get really busy at times), try Viet Huong for a tasty treat.
