I went here to celebrate my 70th birthday with my friend. I ordered a lasanza dinner with an extra salad. I did not receive a drink which is supposed to come with the meal and when I asked for a cookie for my birthday I was told I had to have a coupon. I was there last year and this did not happen. I think for a $1.29 cookie it would have been better to keep my business than refuse the cookie. You know I will tell others of the experience and that cannot be good for your business. I am an old lady and don't usually do this. I don't mind paying for what I get but I expect to be treated fairly and pleasantly. They were out of bread sticks which I never take anyway but my friend likes them. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and the staff were not very friendly. I will be taking my birthdays other places.
