Not only did Gillespie Florists exceed my expectations of taking a small budget and creating a priceless memory, but Sarah's delightful personality, expert knowledge, and entire team's creative minds were extremely refreshing during a stressful wedding planning time. Gillespie offers reasonable prices and an AHH-MAZING! DIY for those looking to save a few dollars. Sarah met with me personally to teach me how to make table arrangements and made sure I felt comfortable before creating the real thing. I didn't trust myself with creating my bouquet :), but the artistic take on my favorite flower (calla lily) in addition to the minerva carnations (they're gorgeous) made the eggplant colors POP! My family has used Gillespie for my sister's prom, my wedding, and work functions. They have found life long customers in me and my family. After reading the post above, we find it unfortunate that we were not made aware of the

concerns of this customer. Our most popular expression for sympathy delivered to a

funeral home or church is the traditional sympathy arrangement. This colorful display of

cut flowers provides a beautiful presentation approximately 30" x 30" and has significant

visual impact. A vase or take home style arrangement, although more functional (can be

enjoyed at home after the service) is a smaller presentation, especially when compared

to the traditional sympathy arrangement. Content (standard versus elegance flowers),

style and container also affect the size and fullness of an arrangement. With regard to

the color of the arrangement; was the deceased a gentleman? Earth/Fall tones or a bright

combination of colors can be considered masculine. Communication with our customer

is the most important skill that we can continue to improve upon each and every day.

Clear and understandable communication between the customer and the customer service

representative is most likely where the problem occurred. The staff of Gillespie Florists

The best florist in town, I wouldnt use anyone else. I now know that they deliver fruit baskets and will be using their services for that as well. Thanks Gillespie for always delivering fresh, beautiful flowers that look exactly the way I ordered them!

I love this place! I go and pick up one of their sunshines every other week. Sometimes less because the flowers last so long! They are in indianapolis but just outside of avon so that is perfect for me to stop by on my way home from work! I think what i like the best is that they let me go into their big cooler in back and pick out my own flowers and everyone always says hi.

They let me go back to the big cooler and let me pick out what ever I wanted. It cost less than I thought it would. I'll be going back. Yeah, and everyone was saying hi and hello. That was nice:)

Their flowers are always fresh and their arrangements are so beautiful.
