I was referring people to Falls Plumbing & bragging that they were good plumbers & honest & they even were working with us on letting us pay out our bill from a repaired gas leak. We also had them replace the water lines under our house in the Summer of 2009. Back in September 2010 we head a gas leak & he came out & replaced our gas lines. Here in December 2010 I find that we have a water leak under our house & there is so much water that it caused our pier & beam house (that we had recently spent $4,000 for house leveling) to become unlevel & get signifigant drywall damage. We called Falls Plumbing & Mike said he was at another job & would call us back the next day. Several unanswered calls & messages later he never did return our call & that leads us to believe that maybe his past work on our water lines caused the swimming pool to form under our house. My 4 yr old child, my husband & I have all been without running water for a week now. We were paying out our previous work to Falls Plumbing, & we made our payments on time every time & was never late giving them the payment at the 1st of every month. We won't be paying the remainder of our balance to Falls Plimbing as we will need it to hire a new plumber to repair the massive water leak since Mike left us high & dry (so to speak) . If the new plumber we find confirms the leak was from previous work done by Falls Plumbing, then we will be seeking a refund from Falls Plumbing.
