When I was a service technician in HVAC I briefly worked for this company and was living paycheck to paycheck with a new baby and freshly married. I worked hard for them for the short time I worked there. They accused me of stealing a $20 transformer and put me through the ringer over it and even called the police on me, even though I did not do this. They fired me that night without cause. It felt to me they needed a reason to get rid of me. This is how they treat their employees.

These people are crooks my husband worked for them for 2weeks and they refused to pay him telling him he was shadowing... mmmm how was he shadowing when your technician left him to install units by himself this place over charges there customers I’m currently going taking them to court through legal aid this place should be shut down I strongly suggest you get a 2nd oppion before getting there service

Worst company to deal with, when it comes to the service. They are closed on Sunday and ignore the customer completely in the weekends. They expect AC issues won't happen on Sundays and don't even have courtesy to call back and help the customers. Their service manager Allison, whom we dealt with is even more worse to deal with. She ordered the tech to leave the premises who showed up on Monday leaving the customers with broken AC for the whole weekend. The AC was broken right after their service tech on did maintenance on Friday.
So don't ever deal with this company. They are customer unfriendly and their management is even worse to deal with the customers who bought AC system with them and who wrote maintenance contract with them.

This company is very dedicated with this air conditioning and heat. If i had to choose any company they will always be #1

Called later in the evening expecting to have to wait another day for cool air and received prompt same day service. GREAT COMPANY!!! Highly recommend!!!

On January 17, 2015, AA Service and Repair conducted a bi-annual seasonal inspection and tune-up of my A/C unit. During the inspection a small Freon leak was discovered. After quite a bit of searching, Sean the A/C service tech was finally able to locate the leak at the air handler. He determined that the minute leak was due to an improperly sealed fitting that occurred at instillation. Since the unit was still under warranty the defect was repaired at no cost. A less reputable repair service company could have charged me for labor and for some of the supplies not covered by the warranty. Thankfully Sean was on the up and up and all supplies and even the labor associated with the repairs were covered by the company.

If you want a small repair turn into $1200 expense hire this company to repair your AC, I give ZERO rating

Please read BBB reports and take it seriously before you deal with this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They will turn a small repair into a huge problem!

Thank you so very much for the excellent job with customer service and installation. I had been worked over by another company, so it was a welcome surprise to talk withsomeone who had complete knowledge in AC units. I am so grateful I found this company to take such good care of us. For quality and honest service this is the best company for all your air conditioning needs! My ac unit decided to break down of course on a 100 degree day, with a heat index of 112F. They were able to squeeze me in to their already overloaded schedule, to make sure my family and I would have a cool house to sleep in. The service was prompt, courteous, and honest. They found the problem immediately and had my ac blowing cold air in under 30 minutes. I would recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC!

This morning I called AA Service and Repair North Florida Air Conditioining for a repair on my Ac system. The initial phone call to th office was a great experience. The company answered on the first ring and I was able to speak to a lovely young man named Anthony. I told him all of the issues I was having with my system. He immediately took down my information and was able to schedule me an appointment to have a service man come out to my home. I called at 8am and they had someone out by 10 am. After a complete check of my air conditioning system down stairs they found that the system was operating as designed. The gentleman proceeded to crawl in my attic and do a full inspection. He found that there was a crushed duct. It must have happened when the Comcast guy was out. They were able to fix it in less than 2 hours. They were also able to look at my noisy second refrigerator that I have been putting off in my garage at the same time for a very low cost.

Thanks AA fast, friendly service on a Sunday night. Can't beat how helpful the young man that came out was. Merry Christmas!
