I called this company....showed up on time and the guy Kevin they had sent to do the job was TERRIFIC!!! I am having them come out again and put a new top on my tank. They are courteous,professional and a total pleasure to deal with. Sorry about the other reviews...maybe you should give them a second chance and ask for Kevin!

Waited around all day after making an appointment, they never showed up after several calls. Now only goes to voicemail that is FULL. I can't imagine why that would be. At least it only cost some time.

Don't use this company! Unless you don't mind waiting around indefinitely for them to get back to you. Terrible communication. Total lack of follow through. I really rate them 1/2 star.

very hard to get someone to return your call when you have a problem with this company's service. If you want professional service service don't call this company. "you get what you pay for"
