Great taste & a lot of food for the price.This is the only Chinese place our family goes.

Really good cheese. I've never had a bad meal here. Everything is top quality down to the hot tea.

I will not patronize this restaurant again. The manager needs customer service and interpersonal skills training. I have worked in this area and have been acustomer for many years. I have had it and will not tolerate it any longer. There are three reasons: 1. During a visit, I asked for chop sticks to use. If you are Asian, they are free, but if you are Black, there is a charge. I didn't like it, but my friend said "let it go." And I did. 2. Another time I recieved the wrong order and when I notified the manager, she insisted she had not made a mistake and would not listen to anything I had to say. I let it slide because it was just afew dollars. 3. I have reached my limit and it stops tonight. The manager can not and will not see that it is possible to make a mistake with an order...not on purpose. It does not take a big whack on the side of my head to know that she doesn't appreciate my business. Our company will not patronize this restaurant again. P. Crayton

Good Chinese take-out food. Fair prices, good quality. I drive past three other Chinese take-out restaurants to go to Chan's.
