Sydney, if I recall, Sarah did your hair. You wouldn't let her dry it to see the color, which you said you wanted no gold, but were told you needed some otherwise your hair would turn ashy...But the advice you were given was not adhered to. And then when you called and wanted your money back you refused to come in for Sarah to see it, and therefore, a refund is impossible, since she wasn't allowed to assess anything wrong.
