best place to get your all electronics problems fixed like cellphones and computers............................

My phone would not turn on, so I took it to this place on Saturday afternoon (around noon and they close at 7). This is also the store where I bought the phone. This isn't a particularly busy store, but they put it off until MONDAY. I called on Monday and they kept acting like they had no idea what I was talking about and they kept telling us that they would call us back in 20 minutes- no call. They did this for about 3 hours.I finally got tired and went down there myself. I walked in and they broke my phone. Will no longer be taking my phone there.
