Verry unhappy, i tried to purchase a bed from there & they said they were out & didnt know if anymore would come in; only after ignoring my exsistance for 15 minutes unill i had them paged, come to find out they were busy chatting on the couch. I inquired about buying the floor model & they refused to sell it to me because they may get some more in & didnt want to have to take that one apart & then have to put another togather. I made a special trip from out of town, had to borrowed a vehicle & had money in hand. They did however offer to send me to the nearest location with my item, an hour & 1/2 away. Guess big lots really didnt want to sell a $300 item that day after all.
