I want to commend Victor for his professionalism and service. He helped me before with my Malibou and now with my Kia Soul. He explained options and Wasn't trying to have me spend money that wasn't necessary.

I will always bring my vehicles to Service King.

Worst place to take your car, when I first brought my car to them they quoted that my car would take a estimate of a week to finish it, but that was a lie and because it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my car!!! They keep sayin that there waitin on this part and that and how they received the wrong part and yada and I'm heated because I've been without a vehicle for too long. This will be the last I ever take my car to this place and don't recommend anyone one else taking there car there especially if you expect it to be done around the estimated time they told you. I have things to do and places to go and I cannot anything done around here because of this!! I really hate that I brought it here ., Neverrrr Againnnn!!!

I had a little fender-bender in Aug of 2014

Called Tracy from Gieco and her help was amazing. Went into Servie king at 9 am and was technically out of the door within 30 mins, except the car rental took a bit longer.

John/Chris from Service King was super freindly helped me along the way got status updates all the time via phone and text.

Had estimated the car be fixed within a week but was done in 3 working days.

Love there service will highly recommend them

Laughable.

If you drive a 98 Civic and don't care, this is the place. My new car was in 3 times in an effort to get it right, my insurance company took over and got it into a real shop, not the Dollar General - body shop.

The way to front looks does not represent the work that goes on in the back.

Service King Katy Sucks!



The service representative Jessica was very unprofessional. I scheduled to get my car repaired ten days in advance. Only on that very day and on the very hour we found out that the part we needed for my car had not yet arrived because it was only ordered 2 days ago. She did not even bother to let us know in advance.



The location manager Nathan Kent could not care less about its customers. I am not surprised to read the reviews on other responsible websites rate the service at Katy location way lower than other Service Centers in Houston.

They gave me excellent service and updated on step by step process on what step process my vehicle was in. I was very please and will recommend them to everyone. There enterprise rent a car service that is located inside they could use a better selection on vehicle and should work on there customer service if I hadn't been for the service king receptionist telling them they had a customer they would still be playing on the computer instead of looking on their customer service log to see if they had any more customer waiting for service. Not a good representation for enterprise but service king is awesome.

They did an excellent repair and quickly took care of one small follow-up detail. I would recommend them.

Service King fixed the door on my car after someone backed into it. They did a great job and returned my car clean and in a timely manner. Will always use this shop :)
