I went to this clinic as a new patient for a consultation for a cosmetic procedure. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment (even after I completed the new patient forms) but I didn't get to see the dentist. I was seen by an assistant who took an x ray of my teeth. She went to show the dentist and 10 minutes later I was told it wouldn't be possible to do the procedure. They gave me other options but they were very expensive and the payment plan options were terrible. I went to the House of Smiles last week and spoke with a dentist and I was told the procedure I wanted could be done. Delaney Family Dental does have friendly staff but I would've been cheated out of my money. Don't waste your time and if you do, get a second opinion before you get a procedure done.

I love dr Delaney because she's a caring dentist even though the office was closed today so the doctor could celebrate a special family event she came in special just to re glue a crown that had fallen off for me last night and the best part was she didn't even charge me! Ok so your hours on facebook say 8am...your door says 8:30am...I come to my appointment at 8:50 and the doors were still locked. Once I saw a nurse walk in 5 min prior I asked a reasonable question about the hours and suggested in a very friendly way that they change it so customers know this is what I got this morning....I check in, nurse calls me back, dentist waits til I'm seated, then towers over me with a rude loud voice that she doesn't appreciate my nastiness and attitude, harasses me all the way to the door in front of other customers. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Regardless of them having a bad day...making a patient feel victimized is not acceptable.

Go here because the office is clean, friendly, smells great and the staff and doctor are great. My family and I like it here because you really feel that the staff likes their job and the dentist is personable and highly skilled. My hygeinist was awesome.

Iam new to the area following my husband who is in the Army. After reading all the reviews of different dental offices and the one posted negatively about this office. I made to decision to make my daughter and I an appointment. I must say that after visiting this office and meeting the doctor and her staff. The negative comment made here was completely WRONG. It is obvious that the person making the comments wasnt getting looking for a good quality dental office. So I say to those out there reading about Dr Delaney and her staff..BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE WHATS ACCURATE...thank you for reading my post :_)

I want to better educate myself about the procedures so i started askingquestions to learn more about what I had to deal with for the rest of my LIFE.But instead of being educated the staff made me feel worhtless and thought i was questioning their ability. They amde me feel like I had no other choices when all I wanted was information about a life change situation and did not get it. What were they hidding? Why couldn't they educate and ease my treatment. When i walked in I felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and outgoing. The DDS seemed up to date on all of the procedures we talked about in my treatment plan.

Thank you for the warm care you continue to give my family. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely interested in what is going on in our lives. You can tell from the time you walk in to the office we are more than just a patient we are part of their extended family. It truly takes away from the every day clinical aspect of the dental office. Keep up the great work ladies.

My family goes to Delaney Family Dental and has been for years. We love it there. The staff is very kind and professional. Ant time I need any thing they are always eager and willing to help. For a pain free and fun professional Dentist I would recomend Dr Karen Delaney and Staff any time.

Karen Delaney has done all the dental work on myself and my three children since 2001. As long as she is practicing, I'll be seeing her. She is sweet, gentle, kind, has a GREAT bedside manor, understanding, listens to her patients, and truly cares about my family. Not to mention her work is outstanding!
