      .00 rating. My 17 year old son took his 2004 Honda Civic for a State Inspection. The release latch from inside the car was broken completely off after technician attempted to do a State Inspection. This happened towards closing of the shop my son did go back to Kwikat 3904 W Stan Schuelter to at least get the part back and to alarm them that they had broken the release latch and wire they looked dumb founded ... and told him to use a screw diver to release the hood from the inside of the car ..... REALLY...Upon getting an estimate of $165.00 from Cleo Bay Honda for repair, I went back to Kwik lube spoke with owner the BIG BOSS. Nothing Was Done.....People take your business elsewhere... Customers should not be treated in this manner... Zero rating
