I highly recommend this place! The staff here is AMAZING! Tony, Fran, Jennifer are the most professional people I've ever met. I come here often and am always impressed with how clean it is here and the above and beyond service I get. I feel good coming here. Stress-free, amazing employees who deserve a raise. waited for 2 hours to see if anyone would show up to pick up my laundry the signs says open 7 days but when I went to go get it no one is around there are no hours posted not even a person answering the phone when you call the number just poor service I mean it doesn't take college degree to answer the phone at least post the days of service for the wash and fold

First, it's not a coin laundry; you have to load money to a card. That's annoying in the first place, but then the machines that you put your cash/credit card into are all broken. Also, the individual washers and dryers have card readers that are broken. You get an error message 20 times before the reader will take money from your card and start the machine. The machine that you put cash into to put money on your card ate the five dollars I put into it. I told the attendant and she informed me that she couldn't do anything and that I would have to come back when the manager came in. The manager only comes in the mornings at odd hours so I came back a bunch of times until a manager was there.I asked the attendant to tell the manager I needed to talk to her about my refund, and she told me to go find her myself. There are 3 doors that say employees only so I had to go search for the manager who then interrogated me like I was trying to rip her off or something. Then, she told me that
