Took mutt there last week. Nice Place- Wash loud inside from all the dogs barking at me. Mutt came home smelling better than me per wife lol

The ladies are very nice. My dog has a blast when he stays overnight or attends dog day care services.

To make a long story short, they called me one day to pick up my dog earlier than normal. I was at work and they kept blowing my phone up. I finally answered and they said you have to come get your dog by 11 o’clock and I said no I have till 130. Instead of just telling me that the groomer had an emergency they lied several times and said no they want us to pick our dogs up right away. I have been there three or four times now so I knew better. I made a complaint about the company and gave them a bad review. Went in for an appointment this morning and they had us marked as “no longer welcomed “. All because I called them out on a lie. Never said I was displeased with the service.They didn’t have enough respect to even call and cancel the appointment. Just let me show up, dog and all, and even after having 3 conversations with them after I put the bad review, I was still allowed to schedule the appointment. The mother (owner) I guess is the problem! I told them if I was displeased with the services I wouldn’t have brought my dog back. No worries tho. It’s their loss! They did me a favor.

Tails a waggin groomin and roomin caused injury to my 5lb persian and will not pay vet bills. She had to have stitches under sedation and be boarded because I was going on vacation where she was to come with. Unprecedented rudeness and unprofessional was Kathy. The groomer said we won't charge you. And then Kathy did. Vet bill is mounting will zero from them. Don't leave your fur baby here.
