I normally don't take the time to review shops I use. I have to with All Pro b/c we're always happy with the services and repairs. My family has been using All Pro for all our car needs for almost 10 years. Both my kids are taking their family cars to be serviced here as well. They are honest, professional, and reliable. They're the only shop in Knoxville awarded the ASE blue seal of excellence award. My cars have had everything from oil changes, tires, wipers all the way to transmission repairs. And the customer service is always professional and have never mislead me on pricing, time of repairs or anything. I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting Quality work at an honest and fair price.

Aweful, don't waste your time and hard earned money with these people. I didn't have a good experience with them and have posted an exstensive and detailed review about it on google plus and yelp.

they towed my car to they shop for what i thought was my engine knocking and turned out it was only my water pump goin bad. i am glad i took it there because they were honest and i know how some auto repair places are. thanks to them i was back on the road that same day
