As a client, I found Rafik Kamell unprepared and lacking in knowledge. I would not recommend him.

I hired attorney Kemp to represent me on a case last year. She is NOT knowledgeable in the fields of law she advertises as her specialty. She is friendly yet tends to ramble on and go off tangent. It was evident that she did not even look over my case before scheduled meetings. I found attorney Kemp and staff to be very unprofessional. During scheduled appointments, I was left to sit there while she takes other phone calls or review over law books relating to laws she is not familiar with. (this happened on more than 3 occasions!) She is unorganized and misses deadlines. She divides issues that can be taken care of at one time and spreads them into 4 encounters with the opposing counsel so that she can add additional charges. (the waiting during meetings will also be charged) . My experience with this attorney was frustrating and stressful.
