      dear Grace, I am always happily surprised at how swiftly the fantastic arrangement is delivered. But, more then that, I am happily surprised when the recipient call so quickly to thank me for the beautiful flowers. Again, YOU DID IT!! It was perfect!       Terrible delivery and customer service

      I got the flowers late and, the customer service (over the phone) was careless and not polite at all when discusing the delivery failure.
