This place is horrible! My Grandmother very recently passed away and I mistakingly did business with Flower Cart. With this being such a hectic time I didn't have time to go into the store and personally pick an arrangement out. I called to place my order, and the employee "helping" me reassured me by saying thats how 60% of their business is done. I gave EXACT details to the last T on which flowers to use, the colors, and how I wanted the flowers to look overall. We went over everything and "No Problem, Ma'am!" -I felt better. My grieving family and I arrived at the funeral home to find THE MOST RIDICULOUS arrangement ever! The colors were all wrong, the arrangement itself was hideous and one of the tripod legs were actually broken! I paid $65 + an $8 delivery fee for something that looked like it was thrown together in a dark barrel while tumbling down a hill. The arrangement screamed "Happy EASTER!" with cheery daffodils, and brightly colored tulips. No elegance or peace lillies in sight! Don't let this happen to you or your family!
Have received 2 arrangements from THE FLOWER CART....and both were exquisite! Long-stem roses were in bloom and healthy for one week. Flowers were very fresh and fragrant! Went out of their way to present a high quality bouquet. Never will go anywhere else!
