My husband had flowers delivered to me for valentines day 2010 and for 90.00 the were the smallest rose buds ever looked like 19.99 bouquet and one roses was broken and they delivered it like this, I called to complain and she said she would replace it well a day went by never received it I called the next day and she insisted they delivered it YEAH RIGHT, so she said we will get it right out hours go by and she delivers one rose instead of replacing my bouquet. I told my husband never go to this store again because he loves sending me flowers. Well again he goes back to the store for Mothers day and orders flowers and asks for them to be delivered by 4 pm before I get off work and guess what they never came so he called and asked why her reply was the driver never made it ask her to come and pick them up. What a terrible company as of today I still have not received them and the charge I had to dispute because that awful flower store still charged out account, so I called Lori today to find out why she still charged our account and she said oh I am getting ready to refund the charge minus the delivery fee because we decided not to do business with you because of the Valentines day broken rose incident, so I said why minus 15.00 she said because we were on our way out there and realized they were for you and turned around WOW what kind of a owner is Lori not a good one. SO BUYERS BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP. After the conversation I had with her I thought I had to let everyone know what kind of shop this was!
