Richard seemed very knowledgable and professional and I left my consultation with him feeling positive. Unfortunately he gave the case to someone who may have been overloaded but was completely unorganized and flaky. I had to invest quite a bit of time and energy making sure some very simple paperwork got done and she was not at all concerned with the deadline I had to respond by, stating simply that it didn't matter. Everyone in this office was pleasant and agreeable but when you are paying someone you expect them to do their job without having to hold their hands and I had to call sometimes several times a day to get things done. Tomorrow my 30 days are up so I have to take the day off work, go to the office and collect my paperwork and deliver it to the court myself. Maybe they are right and it truly doesn't matter, but I didn't pay to miss deadlines. Maybe the money was not enough to be important to the office but it was a substantial amount for me.
