Super professional staff and doctors. I've been taking my daughter here since she was 6 months, and have always received excellent service.

I have been taking my son to Kool smiles on Zapata hwy. since he was 6mths. I love the staff he always does so well with them his hygienist is awesome (Janette) the Denatl Assistants are the best so informative and friendly with the children and the front reception always so welcoming and they help you with everything I love it and ofcourse Dr. karahroodi couldn't have asked for a better dentist ...we love our Kool smiles !

I really like going to Kool Smiles on Zapata Hwy, the staff is very friendly, and they explained everything they were going to do so I felt very comfortable all the time :) I got a cleanning by Janette and I think she did a great job, my teeth feel so good now. A great experience overall. definitely coming back

I had an appoitment at 3pm been seen by the dentist at 5 pm. Who ever is taking care or manage this office should get competent people for administration and logistic. Because isnt the first time. Like Dentist. Poor organization.

do not go when dr jv is there...he just wants to use bandaid have u return on Monday, front office lady lilian needs someone to relieve her...she hates Saturday working,, that is all we heard in the lobby how hated her job.

Kool Smiles - Laredo-Zapata did awesome with my 3 year old daughter. She enjoyed it and loved her hygenist (Janette) and Dr. Iqbal and Dr. Karahroodi. We had no problems at all at this office! Great staff and teamwork!

My grand-daughter was seen by the people at this office and they were amazing. I was very satisfied with their service and patience! The hygenist was very sweet and playful with the kids and the doctors were great too!

I was VERY dissapointed with this dentist office. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally sweet upon arrival and I had no problem with them whatsoever. Was there to have my almost 2 year old son's first dental checkup. Once taken back my opinion completely changed. Being crammed in a tiny room with 6 other patients was weird, everyone knew everything going on with every one else, the staff/dentists were not friendly and not good with children which was surprising considering it is a pediatric dental facility, they rough handled my tiny son and traumatized him, and would not treat his one tiny easily visible cavity, told me to take him elsewhere to be sedated because she didnt want to deal with him because he cried. She was holding his head upside down and not understanding hes a baby and scared. Will not recommend this office to anyone and am taking my children elsewhere.
