Refused to just drain R12 without explaining why we wanted the job done and exactly who would told us to do it and after all that still refused drain the R12. Treated us and another customer who where in his office in a condescending fashion and very insulting. Talked poorly of Pepboy where referred use to him since he was the closest shop to have a tank for r12. I guess it could be because my roommate and I look fairly young. After a little bit he was talking about how he was going to go on vacation and never comeback and didn't care about his customers. His secretary doesn't seem to do any work just sit in the office talking on her personal cell phone. DON'T go to this person unless you want to get insulted. I wouldn't let this man touch any of cars even if he was the last person in the world.
