This company is the best at giving you the run-around. I purchased a Wine Cooler through them and it was the most insulting experience I've had from a sales company.
Reading the other reviews for this place, I am thoroughly glad that my extended warranty company did not use them for the service when it eventually broke due to their shoddy installation.

I know They are a busy company, I'm sorry for all the bad reviews I used this service and it might of been a misunderstanding about the time they came out but He was great I have Whirlpool front loaders the washer went out and he came over and fixed it and then the dryer heater went out he came right over and fixed it. He also showed me how to keep up with the washer, it broke again cause my kids had pens in cloths he told my husband and I how to fix over the phone. He fixed the dishwasher and my ice maker he gave me a discount I would use this company all the time. Very happy with the overall i even trust him home with out my husband here. I just called today for something else and he will be out this week...
